made to the Taula del Senia Millenary Olive Tree System, where a meeting is being held between farmers, international experts, and students, with an explanation of a production model that respects the and East Asia, from organizations such as the University of Florida, the University of Tokyo, and FAO.<\/p>\n\n<p>The discussions will focus on reflection and debate on the governance, conservation, resilience, and traditional knowledge of traditional agri-food systems, with a particular emphasis on GIAHS (Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems). The final roundtable will showcase specific cases of the challenges these systems face and the opportunities they present for ensuring sustainable development. <\/p>\n<p>The seminar concludes with a visit to the GIAHS of the Huerta de Valencia, recognized by the FAO in 2019, incorporating direct dialogue with farmers and organizations concerned with the system's sustainability and
